This year Coleman and I were privileged to have the opportunity to go on the Jamaica mission trip that Morganton/ Mountaintown Baptist association puts together twice per year.
The time there was busy and hot but was such a blessing. The team held VBS in two separate locations with two hundred plus kids combined, and there was a crusade with preaching and singing each night at three of the local churches which are led by Pastor Denzil Jack.
We were happy to see several people get saved, and there were also a few rededications. Attached is one
of the young men that came forward to receive Christ (his name is Aldin). We were also able to work on the buildings and furniture.
It was truly a blessing to be a part of the team this year and hopefully we will be able to return soon. A big thanks to everyone who helped financially with the cost of the trip.
