Welcome 2020…This makes me think of good eyesight….to have 2020 vision is to see things in the best possible order.
I want to help you get the best of the new year in light of what God has done for us. Christmas has come but it is not gone.
The very best gift has been given to us. We have celebrated the birth and good news of salvation. What next? I want to share the book by Rick Warren called, “The Purpose of Christmas”. It has been such an inspiration to me that I must pass it on. Since Rick Warren has written “The Purpose Driven Life” he has shown us the way to live. This book will tell you why Christmas is such a big deal. I want to quote some of it to you and let you use your 2020 eyesight to absorb the meaning. What happened 2000 years ago was about to change history. The world would never be the same. You now know the three greatest needs in your life.
GOD LOVES YOU…..GOD IS WITH YOU…..GOD IS FOR YOU….
When we realize that God has come to earth in the form of a human being and will experience all the needs, emotions and trials that face people everywhere you will know God as HE IS.
To know God is the greatest purpose we can fulfill. This year make yourself known to God and He will be known to you. Know the peace that comes when you really know God. Peace with others can come when you have peace with God. Try writing God a thank you prayer for giving you the best gift you could possibly have. A gift that will give you 2020 vision for the NEW YEAR.
