Teaser: Join us as we are confronted with clear truth as Paul writes to the church at Rome in Romans 1:24–32.

Join us this Sunday as Pastor Dan Rosser brings a message titled “Truth and Consequences” from Romans 1:24–32. In this sobering passage, the Apostle Paul reveals what happens when people reject God’s truth and choose their own way instead. The consequences of turning away from God affect not only individuals but entire cultures and societies.

While this passage contains difficult truths, it also reminds us why the Gospel is so essential. God’s Word lovingly warns us of the consequences of sin while pointing us to the hope and redemption found in Jesus Christ.

In this sermon, we will examine four dangerous exchanges that occur when God’s truth is rejected:

  • Exchange the Truth for a Lie
Rejecting God’s revealed truth in favor of deception and human reasoning.
  • Exchange the Natural for the Unnatural
Turning away from God’s created design and embracing what He has declared to be contrary to His will.
  • Exchange Right for Wrong
Redefining morality by calling evil good and good evil.
  • Exchange Principle for Politics
Allowing cultural opinions and political agendas to replace the unchanging truth of God’s Word.

This message will challenge believers to stand firmly on biblical truth, regardless of cultural pressure, and to remember that God’s truth never changes.
