March was an eventful month for the children and youth of PGBC. Our church was able to take part in the community wide D-NOW event, where the theme was “Logos”. Logos is the Greek term translated as “word,” “speech,” “principle,” or “thought”. In the New Testament it is clear that the “Word” or Logos is a reference to Jesus Christ who is eternal and is God. In total we had 15 youth go to D-NOW, and two salvations! Praise the Lord!
We also have a great time at our annual Easter egg hunt and we had a surprise guest (below).
Thank you to everyone who helped with candy and preparation for both events.
The student ministries action team will soon begin planning for vacation Bible school. We have a preview date for vacation Bible school scheduled for April 21st right after church. Lunch will be provided so please attend if you have any questions or desire to help vacation Bible school.
